Section 11
Appointment to health service post
(1) The government of Nepal will appoint the posts of authorized level of health services and the notification of such appointment will be published in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) The head of the department may appoint the assistant level position of health service.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), the head of the office may appoint himself and his subordinate office assistants to the positions from the first level to the fifth level.
